Returns or Order Cancellation
Order Cancellation
You can cancel any order if its status is “Processing” and within 2 hours of placing the order. If the status is “Completed”, the order cannot be canceled.
Contact us immediately after placing your order via info@rollupmaster.ee or by phone. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If the order was paid and canceled within the allowed time, we will refund the payment to the original payment methodwithin 3-5 business days. Once the roll-up production has started, refunds are not possible.
Returns and Exchanges
All our roll-ups are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges are only possible in the following cases:
- Printing errors on our part.
- Construction defects or damage during delivery.
Important:

All design layout must be approved by the customer before printing. We are not responsible for errors or discrepancies approved by the customer.

Minor color variations or visual differences caused by the file provided by the customer or the approved design concept do not qualify for a return or exchange, and reprinting may incur additional charges.

Upon receiving the roll-up, the customer must inspect the item for visible defects or damage. Any issues must be reported to the seller immediately.

If a defect or error is discovered after receiving the order, the customer must notify the seller within 7 days and provide photo documentation of the issue.

Returns or exchanges for subjective reasons (e.g., “I don’t like the color” or “no longer needed”) are not accepted.

If the return is not caused by our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
- Send an email to info@rollupmaster.ee
- Include your order number, the condition of the item, the reason for the return, and attach photos if it is a defect.
- We will review your request and contact you to confirm the next steps.
- In most cases, after review, we will offer a free exchange or refund the payment to the original payment method.
